RISER STARTS 2026 OFF WITH A BANG!
At the Indy Winter Classic AKC cluster, on Saturday, January 31, 2026, Riser won Best of Breed and Best of Breed Owner-Handled at the Sporting Dog Specialty under judge Cindy Lane, then repeated the Best of Breed award the following day under Judge Christine Calcinari. A few weeks prior, on January 3 and 4, 2026, at the Rubber City Kennel Club shows, Riser won Best of Breed both days, under judges Ken Murray on Saturday, and Karen Hynek on Sunday who also then awarded him a lovely Group 4.
RISER ENDS 2025 AS THE UKC #1 ENGLISH SPRINGER SPANIEL, #2 GUN DOG, AND #3 OVERALL IN GROUP POINTS
What an amazing year 2025 was for our best boy! He won an impressive 10 All-Breed Best In Shows, 7 All-Breed Reserve Best In Shows, and finished his Diamond Grand Championship in style!
Riser turned 3 years old on December 1, 2025, and like a fine wine, gets better with age. Big things are in store for this young dog!
RISER WINS BEST IN SHOW
On December 6, 2025, Riser was awarded a beautiful Best In Show at the One Paw Forward club UKC event in Jackson, Michigan, under judge Janet Emery. The same day, he was also awarded a lovely Reserve Best In Show under judge Greg Wessel.
RISER WINS TWO RESERVE BEST IN SHOW AWARDS
On May 3, 2025, Riser was awarded two Reserve Best in Shows at the Trail Creek Dog Training Club UKC event in LaPorte, Indiana. Many thanks to judges Tricia Till and Lora Luce for the recognition.
RISER WINS AN AKC NOHS GROUP 1 AWARD
On April 26, 2025, Riser was awarded Best of Breed and NOHS Group 1 at the Progressive Dog Club of Wayne County show in Corrunna, Michigan, under esteemed judge Roger Gifford.
WILLOW WINS TWO BEST PUPPY IN SHOW AWARDS
On May 3, 2025, Willow was awarded two Best Puppy in Show awards at the Trail Creek Dog Training Club UKC event in LaPorte, Indiana. Many thanks to judges Tricia Till and Lora Luce for the recognition of our girl.
